Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on modality designed to support relaxation, mental clarity, emotional ease and a greater sense of space in your life. It involves lightly touching 32 points on the head — known as the Bars® — each relating to different areas of life such as beliefs, emotions, creativity, money, control, healing and joy.

What You'll Explore 🌱✨

During the workshop, you will:

• Learn about Access Bars® and an overview of the 32 Bars® points

• Discover some simple Access Consciousness® tools and questions

• Learn about the experiences people commonly report from receiving Bars®

• See a demonstration of the Bars® process

• Give and receive a mini Bars® session

What to Expect on the Day 🌙

The Introduction to Access Bars® Workshop is a nurturing 3-hour experience where you can discover what Access Bars® is all about, explore some simple Access Consciousness® tools and experience a little of the Bars® process for yourself.

 

The workshop runs for 3 hours, which can be morning sessions from 9.30am to 12.30pm or afternoon sessions from 2.30pm to 5.30pm.  ​This allows plenty of time for learning, discussion, connection and experiencing the Bars® process.

Class size is kept small to allow for a relaxing introduction of this amazing tool and no previous experience is required.

This workshop is for anyone who is curious about Access Bars®, looking for new tools for relaxation and wellbeing, or simply wanting to experience something different.

It can also be a beautiful first step if you're considering exploring the full Access Bars® Practitioner Class in the future.
